DMCA Policy

Last Updated: November 2025

At AppRTU.com, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy explains how we handle copyright infringement complaints and the steps you can take if you believe your copyrighted material has been used on our site without permission.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or shared in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send us a written notice that includes the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The exact URL or location on our website where the infringing material appears.
4. Your contact details — including your name, address, phone number, and valid email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Please send your DMCA notice to:
Email: admin@apprtu.com

2. Removal of Infringing Material

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will review it promptly and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user who posted the material so they have an opportunity to respond.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification including:

1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
2. The URL or description of the material that was removed.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area.
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their access to our site terminated.
